An evening practicing ‘The Art of Thinking.’
With Empathy, Clarity and Courage.
Are we living in the age of the tantrum?
Entitlement takes on a different guise in the age of #blacklivesmatter, #everydaysexism and #transweek?
Are we tackling privileged groups or merely creating new ones? Should we be judged on the basis of our race, gender or sexuality, as opposed to the content of our character?
Are you fed up with the polarised black and white thinking often caused by those social media echo chambers? Culture on the Offensive run fun, informal, sociable and thought provoking evening talks and discussions.
Food and drink (with bar) from Grays Coffee Bar and Kitchen.
Watch clips, listen to a talk and have some discussion led by the entertaining and insightful philosopher, Dr Greg Scorzo. Then carry on with some long rambling conversations in the bar.
Challenge and develop your personal world view, and unravel your thought processes
The evening will centre around current cultural trends in the contemporary digital age, and will focus on YouTube vloggers and videos, as well as film clips. Learn new ways of thinking outside of the box and gain tools to use in other aspects of your personal life. Link up with other people who enjoy free-thinking.
‘You don’t have to think like everybody else.’
